• Integration credentials: OAuth tokens for third-party services (Telegram, Google Sheets) that you explicitly connect. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
• Agent data: configurations, workflows, and execution logs for AI agents you create.
• Usage data: API call logs, performance metrics, and error reports to maintain and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the v00w platform.
• To execute AI agent workflows on your behalf.
• To connect with third-party services you authorize (e.g., Google Sheets, Telegram).
• To improve the platform and fix issues.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with third-party services you explicitly connect (e.g., Google APIs, Telegram Bot API) and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, database).

5. Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Google Sheets data that you explicitly authorize, and use it solely to execute your AI agent workflows.

6. Data Security

All integration credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We implement row-level isolation to ensure no cross-tenant data access.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

You can disconnect integrations and delete your agents at any time through the platform. When you delete your account, all associated data including encrypted credentials, agent configurations, and execution logs will be removed.
